This home is in a great location in the park.

As you walk into the carport you will see a large shed that is connected to the screened in patio.  This space currently has vinyl windows that will be replaced with new vinyl before closing. 

Once inside there is an entrance to the house and at the back of the patio there is a door to the back patio. Out back is a nice patio.  Great place for the BBQ grill you’ve always wanted.

Entering the home will be through the laundry room.  There is storage above the appliances, and it has a utility closet.
