This home is located on the 2nd. street of the park.  Great for coming and going quickly. You can also have up to 2 pets weighing less than 40 lbs. each at this home.

When entering the home through the carport you will find a galley kitchen.  This well laid out kitchen has everything within reach.  At one end of the kitchen behind the louvered doors is the washer and dryer with additional shelving above. At the other end is the dining room.  This dining room has a built in China Cabinet with storage below. It connects to the living room which has the second entrance to the home.  These rooms have several windows that allows natural light to flood the rooms.  The living room is open and very spacious.  The current owner installed crown molding around the baseboard of the room to give it a more finished look.  This home also has beautiful laminate flooring throughout the home minus the bedrooms that have carpeting. 

Heading down the hallway you have the Jack n Jill bathroom that allows you to enter from either the kitchen or the hallway.

The guest bedroom is currently empty so it will be a blank slate as to what you do with it.  Guest bedroom, office, art room or all the above.

As for the master bedroom there is a walk-in closet and a full bathroom with walk-in shower in the master bedroom suite.

It also has room enough for a king size bedroom set. 

On the carport the current owner took out the front of the screened in porch.  He then enclosed one side and installed siding as a protection against rain.  He kept the screen door so a front screened wall could be reinstalled and that will bring it back to a screened in patio. 

The backyard has a southern facing large cement patio.  Great for the BBQ grill, lounge chairs to capture that wonderful Florida suntan you have been asking for.

All this can give you that warm and fuzzy feeling you will get living here.  These are the reasons for the low turnover and high demand for residency in our park.
