The second bedroom can easily fit an assortment of options for sleeping arrangements.  You could have a king bed set, or 2 twin beds or the trifecta of a bunk bed set and a Queen bed to sleep a family. This room also has a wall-to-wall closet.

The guest bathroom has a tub shower combo, a skylight and it also has a linen closet. Available to both guest bedrooms.

On the other side of the living room is the master bedroom suite and the kitchen.

This master bedroom and bath is a great size.  It has a wall-to-wall walk-in closet.  Room enough for a King bedroom set. The master bathroom has a linen closet, garden tub, raised toilet and walk-in shower that is separate from the rest of the room. 

 

The galley kitchen is wide and long with tons of cabinets and counter space. As you can see in one of the pictures at the end of the kitchen there’s a breakfast nook. This spot is perfect for looking out at the pond. As part of the kitchen there is a louvered door laundry closet. Last, but not least, is a sliding glass door that opens to the raised Florida Room.        

Through the kitchens sliding glass doors is the raised, glassed in Florida Room.  This room has not 1 but 2 additional access points.  One from the backyard and the other one from the carport that has a ramp. There is an AC window unit that works, and the room has a large built-in closet with shelves.

Out the back door to the outside covered patio you have a great pond view.  You can set your BBQ grill or just a couple of lounging chairs to enjoy the afternoon setting sun.  It also has a roll-down shade if you don’t want all the sun.

 

The carport is long enough for 2 cars.  It has a built-in shed, ramp access to the Florida room and at the end of the driveway is an area for your golf cart.
