This home has a great location.  Just a couple of doors from our large pond.  The pond can be seen from the back patio.

As you enter the home you can either go to the left into the breakfast nook or straight into the living room.

There is a lighted, built-in China and as you can see the table has seating for 6. It connects to the living room.

LIVING ROOM

This room is so open and inviting with connections to the dining room and the hallway to the bedrooms.  The house has all new flooring throughout the home.

LAUNDRY

It is a dedicated room with a storage closet, additional storage above the washer n dryer.  This is also your 2^nd. access to the home from the Florida room.  Just in case you have a small 4-legged baby, there is a doggy door for them.

GUEST BEDROOM/BATH

Down the hallway to the left is the large guest bedroom.  It has a wall-to-wall closet, and it currently has a Queen-size bedroom set. There is still room for a bunk bed set or a King size bed.  You could also use it as an office with sleeping space when family come to visit. 

The guest bathroom is across the hall.  It has a linen cabinet with drawers below for more storage.

MASTER BEDROOM/BATH

At the end of the hallway is the master suite.  It has a wall-to-wall closet, a King size bedroom set (not included with sale of home), and it has a connecting master bath. The bath has a walk-in shower, a linen closet, and a toilet on the other side of the shower. 

CARPORT STORAGE

This is an interesting room.  As you enter the area you will see that this space would be great for extra storage such as bikes, a BBQ grill or whatever you need it for. It connects to the raised Florida room.

FLORIDA ROOM

The access to this room is either through the carport, the house, or the backyard door.  It is a raised air-conditioned room with plenty of space. There is also a large shed at the back of the room.
