I will give you a room-by-room description so hopefully between that and the pictures you will call for a showing.  This is a well laid out home that gives you a great view of pond 1.

This u-shaped kitchen has all the bells and whistles to make it a great functioning space.  Plenty of counter space, cabinets, and pantry. There is also a peninsula at the end of the counter.
