There is access from the carport and access into the home.  The family is storing items out there, so I did not take a picture. Once those items are moved there will be a picture of the room also.  Currently you can see the outside in one of the pictures.   

The screened in patio, has lattice work to help shield out excess sun and help with rain.  It also has a storage shed attached and a door to the backyard. 

The backyard has a patio that would be a great space for your BBQ grill and a couple of chairs.  The yard is partially fenced so once finished it could be a great space for your 4-legged babies.
