The kitchen, breakfast nook, and dining room connect to each other giving you different options for dining. Either casual or formal.  The nook has wonderful morning sunlight through the 3 large bay windows. 

The wrap-around kitchen has plenty of cabinets, counterspace and a pantry for additional storage.  There is a nice view out of the corner windows over the kitchen sink. There is also a pantry closet, built in-wine rack and an extra little frig for beverages.

This home has a front entry that brings you into the living room.  Lots of space and it connects to the dining room. There is a pony wall dividing the living room from the breakfast nook that adds to the open concept.  It also has a sleeper sofa for additional guest sleeping space.
